About the Organization
The UP Industrial Engineering Club (UP IE Club) was founded on December 9, 1967, and has since grown into the largest student organization in the UP College of Engineering. What began as a group of passionate students from the then-new Industrial Engineering degree program introduced in 1965, has evolved into a university-wide organization with over 300 members each year.
Rooted in its core values and guided by its commitment to champion the IE way and “Do the Right Thing,” the UP IE Club continues to foster academic and extra-curricular excellence, leadership, and service evidenced by its impactful projects, numerous awards and recognition, and strong alumni base.
