IEx
An annual convention showcasing Industrial Engineering’s impact and role across industries, lEx 2025 set a record with 290 participants, featuring a case competition, workshops, and talks such as Operations Analysis in Healthcare, Lean Mindset in Banking Technology, and Logistics Optimization in Transportation.
IEAid
IEAid, the consultancy arm of the UP IE Club, leverages Industrial Engineering principles to address organizational challenges. Recognized with a TAYO Award in 2017, it has since collaborated with notable clients, including the Office of the Vice President in 2020, as well as ChildHope and Solar Hope in 2024.













Tulong Eskwela
A social initiative providing live learning sessions and interactive activities, Tulong Eskwela 2024 partnered with Kabahagi Center to help young learners access quality education.










UPLIFT & Good Karma
UPLIFT supports Engineering staff and custodians through fundraising and workshops, while Good Karma sustains these efforts through merchandise sales and outreach programs.





Engineering Week
The UP IE Club has proudly claimed 32 out of 36 Engineering Week Overall Championship titles – the biggest, most anticipated event in the UP College of Engineering, a collaboration and competition between student organizations featuring 40+ events from sports to performing arts to quiz bees. This legacy of passion, excellence, and camaraderie defines what it means to be a true Clubber: victorious.
